Samsung C3050

A new and affordable sliding handset that closely resembles the Samsung Soul and more recent Samsung Classico has now been launched on T-Mobile pay monthly deals in the UK, the C3050 is a budget handset that will appeal to those who do not want to sacrifice on style but have a limited mobile phone budget.

The Samsung C3050 on T-Mobile which is also known as the Samsung Stratus is free from just £15 per month line rental, this makes it one of the cheapest Samsung mobile phones on the market although you would be forgiven for thinking that this new Samsung phone looks far more expensive, this stylish slider has got it all – camera, music player, FM radio, GPRS, an organiser and built in hands-free. And it gets better – with the Samsung Stratus expandable memory, you can store up to 8GB of music, photos, videos and more. It’s all right there in your pocket, wherever you go.

Sony Ericsson Z610i

Sony Ericsson have announced the new Sony Ericsson Z610 mobile phone. The Z610 is a 3G clamshell phone with respectable mid-range features (2 megapixel camera, video recording and streaming, push email, MP3 player - blimey, that all that can be classed as 'mid-range'!). What sets the Z610 apart from its rivals, though, is its front cover, which is completely opaque when not in use, but which features an 'invisible' OLED display that appears when a call comes in, or when the user presses any buttons.

Sony Ericsson call this a 'magic mirror' display, which apparently "achieves the feel of a calm ocean surface." I'm sure we're all reminded of the ocean whenever we see an OLED display...er...!

More details and picture of the Sony Ericsson Z610 after the jump.
